Postage and returns
Our aim is to dispatch your order within one working day, although in busy periods this may take a little longer. If your order is not in stock we will inform you of the predicted delivery date. Standard postage on all items is £2.95 unless it is to outside of the UK. Orders amounting £60 or over will receive free postage.
Standard delivery times
Please allow 3 - 5 working days after it has been dispatched for your order to arrive within the UK, although it is likely you will receive your order sooner.
Express delivery costs an additional £8 which is added at the checkout. We will try to ensure the order is dispatched the same day it is placed - however if the order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched the next working day. Express delivery is not available for international orders.
Rest of the world standard delivery charge - £14
Amy's Attic will contact you regarding heavy items to the rest of the world.
For international orders please allow 5 -10 working days.
Returns and refunds
You can return any item for a refund within 15 days of receiving your original order. Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com with your name and address, order number and the reason for the return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once Amy's Attic has approved the return then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please ensure that you ask for a proof of posting receipt at the Post Office when you send the item(s) back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post. The cost of returning the item by standard postage will be refunded.
If your item arrives damaged please contact Amy's Attic within 5 working days of your order arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be honoured after 5 days. Contact us for a return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue replacement. If the damage is caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
